Biographer

As a biographer you have a strong interest in presenting the people involved in the particular application of biotechnology. You want to present the person practicing the science as a human being showing the whole range of human weakness- greediness, selfishness etc. Your presentation may include such things as:

• Who were their mentors or role models?
• What influenced them as a child to become a scientist?
• Where were they educated?
• What kinds of jobs have they held?
• Are there any major historical events that might have influenced them? (e.g. wars, diseases, etc.)
• How did they become interested in this particular field?
• If the scientist is currently living, conduct an e-mail interview.
